  1. Results from peptide sequence analysis by nano HPLC-ESI-MS/MS of the inflow and outflow segments of S. canicula (n=3) compared with a C. milii and a Chordate database. Samples from both inflow and outflow segments contained peptides corresponding to MYH2, MYH6, MYH7, and MYH10 whereas peptides corresponding to MYH7B were only detected in the outflow segments
