-[14C]-lactate uptake in drMCT2a and drMCT4b expressed Xenopus oocytes. Uptake of L-[14C]-lactate (5 kBq) at 28°C and 18°C conditions were measured 2 days after the injection of drMCT2a (A) and drMCT4b (B) cRNA into stage V-VI Xenopus oocytes. For each time point the mean uptake ability of 25-30 oocytes is shown.
