The transcription of (A) MMP, (B) IMPI, (C) p38 MAP kinase and (D) galiomycin was measured by quantitative real time RT-PCR following the injection of HDAC inhibitors (1:1 SAHA (1 mg/ml) and sodium butyrate (20 mg/ml)) prior to injury and hemolymph loss, compared to control larvae treated with 1% DMSO.
