From: MicroRNA ame-let-7 targets Amdop2 to increase sucrose sensitivity in honey bees (Apis mellifera)
Mean (± SE) of ame-let-7 abundance (A) and expression levels of Amdop2 (B) in the brains of different aged worker bees. Workers were collected at 1, 6, 11, 14, 21, 25 and 30 days post-eclosion, with those 14 days or older as foragers which returned home with pollen. Gene levels in different aged bees were analyzed by One-Way ANOVA, followed by post-hoc Turkey test for multiple comparisons (n = 3 for each point, P < 0.05)
