Species-level clades and outgroups are collapsed to a single branch. In four cases, two or three distinct species were collapsed to a single branch due to non-monophyly of its representatives (Cuthona nana/divae, Cuthonella osyoro/soboli, Eubranchus viriola/andra, Eubranchus odhneri/malakhovi).
