Ranging activity was the sum of the number of hours individual chimpanzees were observed per grid cell during focal follows across the 7 months study period. The darker the squares the higher the chimpanzee activity in that grid cell and the darker the red the greater the number of drum detections within a 500 m detection radius of the respective ARU (black points)
