These trees were modified from Jackson et al., 2007 (A), Moya et al., 2008 (B), Jackson et al., 2010 (C) and Moya et al., 2012 (D)[7],[9],[10],[18]. Membrane-associated/secreted CAs are indicated in blue and cytosolic/mitochondrial CAs are indicated in green. Bootstrap or posterior probability values are indicated.
