Functional analysis of drmct homologues in Xenopus oocytes. After the injection of 5 ng drmct s cRNA into Stage V-VI Xenopus oocytes for 2 days, the uptake experiment was initiated by transferring the oocytes to 28°C or 18°C for 6 h and then L-[14C]-lactate (5 kBq) was added into the incubation medium.
