Shown are the triploid genotypes from P (YYY and ZZZ) and G (XXX) and several closely related diploid genotypes from both sites (P1–11; G1–8). Branches with a bootstrap support of less than 60% were collapsed. Bootstrapping support was derived from 1000 iterations.
